Assistant Manager - QA

Arrange to conduct inspection at incoming, in process and final stage for all materials and processes of manufacturing which affect product quality.
Initiate actions on potential and observed non conformities.
Monitor customer complaints handling effectively
Plan and carryout process audits, product audits, layout inspections etc.
MSA & SPC plan and implementation
Initiate calibration activity.

Coordinate the team during customer Audit/Visit and take action to close the concerns with time lines
Knowledge of CORE TOOLS and Internal Audit

To comply the requirements of quality management systems.
Initiate preventive & corrective action on non-conforming product
Take the decision of reject non confirming product.
