CDP (Bakery & Confectionery)

Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee a Specific Section of the Kitchen: Manage a specific section of the kitchen, including preparing and cooking dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

2. Prepare and Cook High-Quality Dishes: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, including sauces, soups, salads, and main courses.

3. Maintain a Clean and Safe Working Environment: Ensure that the kitchen area is clean, safe, and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.

4. Train and Develop Junior Staff: Train and develop junior staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.

5. Control Food Costs: Control food costs by minimizing waste, optimizing inventory, and using cost-effective ingredients.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years experience in Bakery & Confectionary with BHM or Relevant Experience.
