Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve website experience and key conversion rates using analytics tools Adobe Analytics Contentsquare etc
- Provide reporting for analysis projects and AB test results
- Build visualizations dashboards and templates for optimization activities
- Provide insights and make goforward recommendations from completed AB tests
- Gather requirements for planned AB tests
- Identify opportunities for personalization across the digital experience
- Program and monitor ongoing AB tests and personalization activities
- High volume of written and verbal communication to internal stakeholders
- Help internal stakeholders answer business questions using digital tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience with industryleading web analytics tools Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Experience with AB testingpersonalization tools is preferred Adobe Target Optimizely VWO etc
- Proficient written verbal communication skills
- Prior experience at a Fortune 500 company is preferred
- Base knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus
- Project management and organization skills is a plus
