Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Housekeeping Manager to oversee cleaning and maintenance operations in a Grade A-Office Building. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep, providing a comfortable and professional environment for employees and visitors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning and sanitation of office spaces, common areas, restrooms, and other facilities.
• Assigning tasks to housekeeping staff based on priorities and workloads.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff to maintain efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure cost-effective inventory management.
• Supervising the housekeeping staff deployed at client places.
• Conduct internal inspections.
• Implement eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning practices.
• Review of housekeeping services on a monthly basis and Weekly review of various issues improvement of the services with co-coordinator.
• Shall have complete knowledge about the site, written documentation of systems and procedures for carrying out the cleaning activities.
• Ensure that the housekeeping activities are carried out in accordance with the set process and procedures.
• Shall train the housekeeping staff regarding adherence to personal site hygiene standards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)..
• 10-14 years of experience in the housekeeping management preferably in IT Parks or corporate facilities.
