Logistics Supervisor

Role :
Metrics oriented - Track and drive continuous improvement across all defined Goals/KPIs/Metrics for one asset of Ekart he/she will be responsible for reliability of Linehaul of Ekart
Process setup - Streamline process across all assets/stakeholders for issues impacting metrics
Analytical ability - Need to have an analytic bent of mind, who can get into depth of issues though numbers. Gather and analyze data to arrive at actionable insights
Customer Centric - Maintaining great customer experience through product and process improvements Mandatory

Job Description:-
1. Have a detailed view and insight of Line Haul (Transport - Air, Rail, Road) metrics which impact reliability & speed of end-to-end supply chain​​​​​​​
2. Own key KPIs of function impacting reliability and end to end supply chain and collaborate with planning, design and operations for day-to-day execution​​​​​​​
3. Identify opportunities to bring continuous improvements / transformational changes for the asset and manage execution with asset ops, planning and design teams
4. Intervene structurally to cater to the dynamic nature of supply network while collaborating with analytics & product teams
5. Drive cross-functional project management for common problem solving
6. Challenge the status quo and be innovative in improving ways of working for respective functions
7. Drive key planning process with respect to Holidays and external planned events
8. Create a fine balance between speed and reliability by managing SLA buffers

Mandatory Skills:-
Data Analytics Tools
Advance MS Excel & Analysis
Ability to work with spreadsheets and R-Coding for doing daily activities and analysis
Operational knowledge of Logistics/Warehousing
