Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Revenue growth & Increase Market Share.
  • Planning and Supervising Marketing Operations.
  • RFQ handling & NPD tracking for all plants.
  • Shipment arrangement, Pre & Post shipment docs verification.
  • EBRC, Audit compliance .
  • Key Account Engineer - RFQ, Schedule, Sales, Payment.
  • Effectively managing and motivating operation teams, sales & marketing teams resulting in greater revenue.
  • Well experience in Business development, NPD, Operations/Manufacturing, QMS, Logistics (Domestic & Export), Warehouse management& Vendor development.
  • Train and manage operations teams includes Marketing & Sales teams on enquiry generation, cost estimation, quotation, orders / schedules follow up, order review & execution / schedules / amendments, analyze deviations / concession on design aspects, resolve customer complaints.
  • Oversee the development of new products as well as achievement of regular sale targets.
  • Effectively oversee executive leadership and recruitments.
  • Successfully Managing overall budget activities.
  • Collaborate with management and department heads to achieve company goal.
  • Assess the order and delivery position and ensure to meet customers need.
  • Scrutinize enquiry/quotation status and ensure the quotes are reached customer on time.
  • Analysis production planning on weekly basis to ensure 100% delivery adherence.
  • Reconciliation of dispatch and GRN on monthly basis.
  • Ensure / control the GIT value as per norm.
  • Analyze delivery performance, implement Kaizens at gaps and ensure on time delivery.
  • Strong knowledge in Export/Import shipments& documentation processes.
  • Well experienced in consignment export / consignment transfer activities.
  • Review outstanding of receivables and payables with finance team and ensure on time collection and payments.
  • Finalization of Logistics (Domestic and Export) contracts with freight forwarding agents and ensuring the sales team for making proper shipping arrangements.
  • Analysis& approve CHA/transportation/freight forwarders billsfor payment.
  • Practical knowledge in INCO terms like FOB, CIF, CPT, DDU, DDP, etc& payment terms like L/C, advance payment, documents against payment at sight, etc.
  • Involving ISO / IATF / API / TS / TQM activities.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP, particularly MRP implementation.
  • Proactive, result oriented and multitasked with strong organizational abilities.
  • Presenting Revenue and P&L monthly performance to top management against KPI.
