Technology Specialist - Practice

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of foundational technology concepts, including but not limited to software development, system architecture, cloud platforms, integrationsand database management.
• Work on multiple platforms, with a focus on integrating different systems and ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
• Contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, collaborating with senior engineers and architects.
• Write clean, maintainable code and assist in the development of software applications across various platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer creative solutions to complex challenges in a timely manner.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions and assist in mentoring junior team members as you grow into the architect role.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new knowledge to improve processes and systems.

Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong foundation in programming languages (eg, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc) that include front and back end development
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understandingof database management and design (SQL, NoSQL, etc).
• Understanding of system architecture, integration and design principles.
• Knowledge of best practices in design and development

• Previous experience working across multiple technology platforms.
• Proven track record in software development, system integration, and deployment.
• Experience with agile methodologies, version control (eg, Git)and in working in environments following good DevOps principles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
