Job Title: Training and Talent Manager ( Learning and Development )

Shift Timings- General shift, however, the candidate should be flexible to work different hours based on the need

Job Description:
The Training and Talent Manager will oversee training initiatives, talent management processes, and workforce development strategies. This role includes identifying training needs, coordinating talent development programs, managing recruitment and deployment efforts, and ensuring resources are aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the candidate will serve as a communication coach, helping customer-facing resources improve their skills through targeted training and coaching.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Training Management:

• Review and enhance existing training programs to improve engagement, learning, and retention
• Facilitate training sessions, including both technical and soft skills development
• Training Need Analysis for leadership: Should be able to identify which areas to focus on to ensure the most significant impact and outcomes, prioritize and train resources as needed, which is more cost-effective.
• Provide communication training and coaching to customer-facing resources to enhance their effectiveness.
• Ensure training materials are up to date and align with industry standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and external trainers as required.
• Conduct audits and coaching sessions to strengthen employee skills.
• Manage training budgets and ensure milestones are achieved.

Talent Management:

• Coordinate campus recruiting initiatives, including training and onboarding of new hires.
• Align resource allocation with project demands through effective forecasting and bench management.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement learning and development strategies.
• Oversee deployment of talent to projects based on skill alignment and organizational needs.

Leadership and Coordination:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to training associates and trainees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent and training strategies with organizational objectives.
• Supervise daily activities of trainees, ensuring long-term positive outcomes and career growth.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to moderate large groups.
• Expertise in conducting communication training and coaching for customer-facing roles.
• Thorough understanding of training, talent management, and resource planning processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related tools, and inclination to us AI based tools.
• Experience in VNA/soft skills training and coaching in customer service environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Understanding of general business and IT processes.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in communications, human resources, or a related area is required.
