Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Manpower Planning, Forecasting and budgeting activities as per business plan for PAN India, vertical wise.
- Talent Acquisition and Retentions strategies and implementations.
- Identify prospective candidates using appropriate channel mix
- Develop strategies for recruitment of open and replacement positions in line with manpower planning forecasting and TAT.
- Generate ready pipeline for future hiring needs maintaining the flow of candidates.
- Response for end-to-end vendor management (Mandate to Invoice Recruitment Consultants).
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Maintain intelligent Hiring & Manpower related trackers & MIS.
- Maintain the sourcing mix to reduce the cost per hire.
Business partnering:
- Partner with Business (Functional Head / Vertical Head) to drive organization business plan
- Drive HR Projects closely with Business team in guidance of Head HR, this role will have high elements of Projects and Business Partnering
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking
- Strong Project Management skills / Well verged with Project Management methodology.
- Strong track record in hiring talent for current and future needs of an organization.
- Act as a single point of contact for internal stake holders for HR related queries
- Ability to proactively resolve issues, exercise good judgment, ownership, prioritization and display strategic and critical thinking. Proficiency in MS Office.
Employee Engagement:
- Conceptualize, design and implement employee engagement strategies that results in the adequate impact on improving efficiencies and effectiveness.
L & D:
- Manage Training Stakeholders for effective implementation of Training Strategy
- Evaluation and assessment of Learning requirements on large scale and arrive at Training strategy
- Manage training operations, continuously streamlining and improving processes
- Develop and implement process for Trainer empanelment, enrolment and enablement.
Disciplinary Process:
- Implementation: Ensure the consistent application of company policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline. Familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulations is crucial for compliance.
- Investigations: Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into alleged misconduct or policy violations. This includes interviewing relevant parties, gathering evidence, and documenting findings. Documentation of all the reports, ensure timely delivery of all types of disciplinary letter post proper due diligence. Prepare MIS and data for auditor and stakeholders
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspensions, or terminations. Accurate documentation is essential for legal compliance and future reference. Can be part of POSH committee. Maintain records of all returns and challans
- Communication: Effectively communicate disciplinary actions to employees, outlining the reasons for the decision and providing guidance on improvement. Maintain confidentiality while respecting the principles of natural justice.
- Legal Compliance: Stay updated on changes in Indian labor laws and ensure that all disciplinary processes adhere to statutory requirements. This includes handling terminations within the legal framework.
- Employee Counselling: Provide support and guidance to employees facing disciplinary issues. Encourage constructive dialogue and help them understand the company's expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as legal and senior management, to align disciplinary actions with overall organizational objectives.
- Collaborate on policy reviews and updates.
- Training: Develop and conduct training programs for employees and managers to promote a clear understanding of company policies and expected conduct. This can contribute to preventing future disciplinary issues.
Any projects as assigned:
Should have partnered with business in prior work experience and demonstrated ability to
implement talent acquisition/talent management and retention measures.
