We are a leading EdTech company dedicated to providing high-quality online and offline courses to students globally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through our educational offerings, ensuring they receive the support needed to achieve their academic goals.

Provide comprehensive academic counselling to prospective students interested in our online and offline courses.
Engage with both inbound and outbound prospective student leads to understand
their educational needs and interests.
Convert prospective student leads into new admissions through effective counselling and guidance.
Assist students in course selection, academic planning, and understanding educational pathways.
Offer support and guidance to students facing academic challenges, ensuring their
success and retention.
Collaborate closely with instructors and other team members to enhance student
experience and success.
Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with team members to derive actionable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
Contribute to the development of sales and marketing content such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
Participate in seminars, webinars, and other events to promote our courses and educational offerings.
Take ownership of achieving admission targets for various courses through proactive counselling and outreach efforts.

Any Bachelor s degree, Masters or related field.
Proven experience as an academic counsellor or in a similar role within the education sector.
In-depth knowledge of online courses and educational technology trends.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Passion for education and a strong commitment to helping students achieve their
academic and career goals.
