What does the role involve

Hilti Outperformer Is a Two-year Program, Where Youll Quickly Be Involved In a Range Of International Projects, With Lots Of Exposure To Senior Management

Its Fast Paced And Challenging, But Well Closely Coach And Mentor You

The Program Is Split Into Four Main Stages Of Work

Business Track

12 months as an account manager or field engineering home country (India)

3 months Local Project national headquarters (Gurugram)

6 months on a strategic project in the regional headquarters

3 months on a strategic project outside the region of South Asia Pacific

Finance Track

12 months as an account manager or field engineering home country (India)

3 months Local Project (Finance Focused) national headquarters (Gurugram)

6 months on a strategic project in the regional headquarters

3 months International project outside the region of South Asia Pacific

What You Need Is

Youve recently graduated, or youre preparing to graduate, with a masters degree or PhD

Your degree is likely to be in business management or engineering, but well consider subjects like economics, politics or international studies if you can prove you have a mind for our business

Recently completed or pursuing Masters

Overseas Experience at least 4 weeks of physical International experience (Study/work)

Minimum 3 months and max 4 years work experience

Fluent in English and at least 1 other language
