Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth and business development in the West India region. This role involves managing key accounts, building strong relationships with major service providers, and collaborating across functions to achieve financial goals. Youll act as a strategic partner to our clients, leveraging CommScopes innovative solutions to meet their connectivity needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing accounts while driving new business opportunities.
• Build a strong network within major service providers at all levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineering, product management, operations) to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure ethical, strategic, and customer-focused account management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of sales and account management experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, growing revenue streams.
• Strong understanding of telecom networks and technical knowledge.
• Experience in selling to/through service providers; managed services background preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic negotiation skills.
• Documented track record of achieving sales targets.

Preferred:

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
