We are looking for an experienced and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities , ensuring effective budget utilization , and increasing brand presence through exhibitions, expos, and local outreach programs along with POP distribution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Budget Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Optimize and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
2. Exhibitions, Expos & Industry Networking
Plan and execute participation in domestic and international trade fairs, expos, and exhibitions .
Coordinate with sales teams to maximize brand visibility and lead generation at these events.
Develop partnerships with industry associations and key stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
3. Local & Digital Marketing Execution
Drive region-specific marketing campaigns in collaboration with local sales teams.
Implement CSR-driven marketing initiatives in collaboration with NGOs and government bodies .
Leverage digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media) to create brand awareness and attract leads.
4. Lead Generation & Sales Support
Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that generate and nurture leads.
Develop B2B marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and digital assets.
Implement CRM-based marketing strategies to track and improve lead conversions.
5. Brand Development & Product Positioning
Strengthen the companys brand identity and market positioning.
Develop product positioning strategies for different customer segments.
Ensure consistency in marketing communication and branding across all platforms.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education : MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience : 5+ years in B2B marketing (preferably in pumps, process industry, or industrial equipment).
Skills :
Expertise in exhibitions, lead generation, digital marketing, and local marketing initiatives .
Strong content development skills for marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, social media marketing, and data-driven decision-making .
Networking and collaboration skills for building industry partnerships.
