Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and skilled in digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support business goals.
• Analyse market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine strategies.
• Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Brand Management & Content Development

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
• Oversee content creation for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other platforms.
• Manage relationships with agencies, designers, and content creators.

Digital & Traditional Marketing

• Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media, etc.)
• Oversee traditional marketing efforts, including print, outdoor, events, and PR.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.

Team & Budget Management

• Lead and mentor a marketing team, assigning tasks and setting goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, CRM, and other departments to align strategies.

Customer Engagement & Lead Generation

• Implement lead-generation campaigns to drive sales and conversions.
• Develop loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
• Leverage CRM tools for targeted marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics).
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Hyderabad real estate
• Familiarity with content marketing of hi-rise residential projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
