Senior Product Manager - Travel Tech - ISB/IIMA/IIMB/IIMC/IIML/IIMK/IIMI/FMS/MDI
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and scale our travel-tech product offerings. In this role, you will drive product strategy, execution, and innovation, ensuring seamless user experiences and business growth. You will lead a team of 2-4 Product Managers and Associate Product Managers (APMs) and collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in travel technology, e-commerce, or consumer internet businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and APMs, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Own the end-to-end user experience, ensuring intuitive, frictionless interactions across web and mobile platforms.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize booking flows, increase conversion rates, and enhance engagement.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable and innovative product solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
- Monitor key product performance metrics (e.g., NPS, conversion, retention, revenue growth) and iterate based on insights.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to continuously refine features and user experiences.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading teams in a travel tech, e-commerce, or consumer tech environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and scale product teams.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and user research.
- Deep understanding of travel booking systems, customer behavior, and industry trends.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A passion for travel, technology, and delivering world-class user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a high-growth travel tech company.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven personalization, dynamic pricing, or loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with SQL, product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel), and A/B testing frameworks.
