Chief Financial Officer - NBFC - CA (15-22 yrs)

Job Description:

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and management of the NBFC, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing capital structure, and driving financial growth. The role requires expertise in both equity and debt funding, risk management, and financial operations within the NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

- Manage equity and debt fundraising, investor relations, and capital allocation.

- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and other financial reporting requirements.

- Oversee treasury operations, risk management, and credit policies.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize cash flow and profitability.

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies to secure funding.

- Drive cost efficiency, financial controls, and audit compliance.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategy with business goals.

Key Requirements:

- CA is a must for more than 15 year of experience

- 12+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in NBFCs.

- Strong expertise in equity & debt fundraising, treasury, and risk management.

- In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC financial operations.

- Proven track record in managing investor relations and financial compliance.

- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
