Job Description:-

• Must have 3+ years of experience into IT Recruitment
• Sourcing profiles from Job portals, Professional Networking Sites,(Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster, Times, Shine & well versed with other recruitment tools)
• Must be excellent over Sourcing, Screening, Negotiation
• Work closely with our client recruiter to understand open roles and implement the most effective sourcing strategies to identify the best talents for them.
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
• Should have good technical knowledge Internal Database and References to match client requirement
• Screen the candidatures according to the requirement, establishing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Responsible for taking care of Recruitment process starting from sourcing profiles
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their skill sets.
• Added advantage who had worked on Cyber Security roles
• Conduct market research on passive and active talents.
• Partner with the product, marketing, design and technical team to make sure the clients requirement is fulfilled.
• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels
• Maintaining candidate trackers, weekly delivery reports.
