Immediate joiner required HR Generalist

Candidates from IT -ITES industry only apply.

• Recruitment Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, offer negotiation, onboarding
• Facilitate on boarding, and off boarding processes for employees.
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files
• Support HR Head in organizing employee engagement activities, events etc.
• Provide HR support for employees and managers, addressing day to day HR inquiries
• Preparing attendance and other trackers

Preferred candidate profile

• HR Experience of 4 to 6 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelors degree/ PG degree in HRM or related field
• IT service industry experience will be added advantage
• Work location BKC
• Office timing 10 AM to 7 pm
• 5 days working except first Saturday
• Candidate on Notice period /can join in 15 days preferred.
