Job Description:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, understand customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our cybersecurity platform to prospective clients.
- Engage with customers to assess their technical requirements, provide pre-sales support, and address inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical documentation in response to customer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, security professionals, and C-level executives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position clients' solutions in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to drive customer success and achieve sales targets.
- Continuously develop technical expertise and proficiency in cybersecurity concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Represent clients' at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our brand and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture within the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) are a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable.
