Sr. Engineer - Ash Management

1. Monitor ash sale data of customers against Agreements/ Contracts.

2. Facilitate utilization of Ash as per approved budget and Management Guidelines

3. Facilitate free issue of Fly Ash to brick plants as per MoEF&CC notification.

4. Preparation of daily MIS and Highlighting the Major Activities.

5. Co-ordination with customers, transporters and security departments, for maintaining ash vehicles traffic.

6. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and C&I team for maintenance for smooth silo operation work.

7. Preparation and issuing Invoice cum gate pass for individual bulker in three shifts.

8. Monitor ash silo operations for ash loading.

9. Monitor ash silo area housekeeping.

10. Maintain 100% Disposal of Total Ash (Fly ash, bottom Ash) generated.

11. Safe & environment friendly disposal of fly ash & pond ash.

12. Monitor advance payments from spot sale customers and monthly bills from long term customers as per sale orders and agreements term & conditions.

13. Monitor and maintain the optimum silo level by coordinating with customers as per generation schedules of plant

14. Time to time learning/ refreshing about various New Technology in Ash Management and new avenues of Ash Utilization.
