Senior Group Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

• Develop a comprehensive product strategy for KYN, aligning with the company's goals and market demands. An entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions. Thrives in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a direct team of Product Managers and Product Analysts.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Create a go-to-market plan working with business/marketing stakeholders to maximize product success.
• Establish strong relationships with customers to understand their challenges and needs. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user-friendly and effective software solutions.
• Define product metrics ,Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, sales teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA from tier 1 colleges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A sense of high agency to make things happen. Exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles of thinking.
• 10+ years of work experience. At least 8+ years experience in Growth product management in a consumer internet tech-led company .Domain knowledge of gamification, social products, behavioral science, and customer life orchestration would be a big plus.
• Good understanding of technology, worked on AI products/tech and added advantage.
