We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead conversion and contribute to our growth.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the crucial first point of contact for potential customers interested in Kutchina's modular kitchen solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads, nurture them through effective communication, and convert them into qualified sales calls for our sales team. You will leverage your understanding of interior design and your excellent communication skills to build rapport and demonstrate the value of Kutchina products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Qualification & Nurturing:
• Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through various channels (online, phone, events, etc.).
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability and potential.
• Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Provide information about Kutchina's modular kitchen products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Nurture leads through targeted communication and follow-up to maintain their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
• Sales Call Scheduling:
• Schedule qualified sales calls and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Provide detailed information about the lead and their requirements to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge & Industry Awareness:
• Develop a strong understanding of Kutchina's modular kitchen products, features, and benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and interior design concepts.
• Be able to discuss interior design concepts and how they relate to the modular kitchen solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with leads and internal teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and effectiveness of campaigns.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, call volume, and appointment scheduling.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales development processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts and modular kitchen solutions.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong phone presence and etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
