Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Apps Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications, utilizing best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform Community. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our agricultural insurance platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications.

- Utilize best practices and coding standards within the Microsoft Power Platform Community.

- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and intuitive workflows.

- Build and manage custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT Management to analyze business requirements.

- Study systems flow, data usage, and work processes to understand business needs.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Continually enhance the usability and performance of business applications and automation solutions.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.

- Implement solutions with multiple data sources.

- Integrate Power Apps with external systems using APIs and REST services.

- Develop and maintain custom connectors for seamless data exchange.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.

- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders.

- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.

- Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts, and content types.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree or MS in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of industry experience in model-driven Power Apps development.

- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Experience with API and REST service integrations.

- Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources.

- Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts, and content types.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work with teams and individuals at all levels across an organization and a wide variety of projects.
