Urgently hiring for Senior/ Manager Maintenance for our leading Manufacturing Company KSE Electrical at Howrah Location

Must have 15 + years of Experience in handling maintenance activities in similar manufacturing industry in lead machinery maintenance activities of the plant, ensuring on time resolution of machine breakdown, Furnace |,root cause analysis, down-time analysis and reduction of cost in order to ensure seamless production process within defined organisational guidelines and policies with Team Handling knowledge .

*Track critical parameters and obtain production manager feedback to predict possible breakdowns and Conduct root cause analysis and Cost analysis due to machine breakdown, action plan, in case of repeated failure

*Finalize annual maintenance schedule and plan jointly through discussion with plant production heads and planning team

*Approve maintenance requisition from production line managers

*Oversee identification of critical machinery and equipment requiring opportunity based maintenance;

*Guide team on escalated technical advice on maintenance procedures and course of action

*Create maintenance priority timelines based on severity matrix of machinery breakdown and impact on production

*Handle escalations and resolve and issues raised by the team in order to keep equipment in working condition and extend the life of the equipment

*Analyze SAP data to highlight historical machine maintenance activities; identify areas of concern, repeat failures and possible preventive action

*Present consolidated report to management on total machine downtime

*Manage effective resource allocation across different teams, enhance the capability quotient of team members and drive higher team engagement through appropriate HR interventions
