Electrical Instrument Engineer

Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra.

Designation: Assistant Manager

Department: Technical Order Processing (Engineering)

Formal education: BE Mechanical /Electrical/Electronics and Instrumentation

Professional experience: 4 to 8 years in Engineering Manufacturing / Project Industry. Experience / exposure in project Instrumentation & all types of Electrical equipment's (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc.) planning & execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process Instrument & Electrical equipment's (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) requirement as per project Orders by Technical Order Documentation.
• Convert Customers requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers.
• Prepare & Submit project Instrument & Electrical equipments (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) drawing & documents as required by Customer/Consultants.
• Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document submission schedules regularly
• Review & approval of Instrument & Electrical equipments (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) data sheets, GAD, QCP & further submission to Clients / Consultants for their approvals
• Review Instrument & Electrical equipments (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) aggregate part list w.r.t. approved / final documents and drawings.
• Update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by QM / Production
• Create Instrument & Electrical equipment's (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc.) aggregate BOM.

Defined competencies:

• Knowledge of Motors /Control Panels / VFD/Junction Box/ Instruments
• Knowledge of various standards like API, VDI, ASTM, HIS, DIN, IEC etc
• Awareness in Electrical Equipment and Instrumentation
• Exposure in Project Instruments and execution
• Exposure to Auto CAD & E-plan
• Knowledge of SAP (SD Module) and MS Office
