MANAGER SALES

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy for gift hampers that aligns with the companys overall goals and objectives.
   
2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives or associates responsible for selling gift hampers.
   
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitors in the gift hampers industry.
   
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys gift hamper products and offerings.
   
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers.
   
6. Sales Forecasting: Create sales forecasts and set sales targets for the team.
   
7. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
   
8. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A masters degree in a relevant field can be an asset.
  
• 3 to 5 years of prior experience
  
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives.
  
• In-depth knowledge of gift hampers, including their features, benefits, and market positioning especially in the food industry.
  
• Familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences.
  
• Proven ability to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
  
• Experience in managing budgets and financial resources for sales campaigns and department expenses.
  
• Ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts, clients, and partners.
