# Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
1. Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
2. Employee Management: Maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.
3. On-boarding: Ensure smooth on-boarding process for new employees, including induction programs and necessary documentation.
Admin Functions:
1. Office Administration: Manage office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and utilities. 2. Travel Arrangements: Book travel tickets, accommodation, and transportation for employees.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
2. Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, including events, celebrations, and team-building exercises
3. Industry network - Help participate as key note speaker in key industry events
# Requirements:
1. Education: Graduate in any field (HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
2. Experience: 2 years in HR and administration, preferably in real estate broking or development in Pune.
#Skills:
1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
2. Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and other administrative tools.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
