We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager to join our team in Noida - Night Shift . The ideal candidate will oversee Talent Acquisition (TA), HR Operations, and administrative functions, ensuring efficient and effective HR practices. This role requires working in the PST shift from 7 PM to 4 AM IST.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, other talent sources.
HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Administration:
- Oversee the administrative functions of the office, including facility management, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR and Admin Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in the PST shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
