Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Manager/Senior Manager Performance & Organization Development to drive a high-performance culture across the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless Performance Management System (PMS) process, implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and executing key Organization Development (OD) initiatives to enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management & Talent Identification:

  • Ensure smooth execution of the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end appraisals.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to drive a performance-driven culture, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify high-potential employees (HiPos) through PMS analytics and assessment frameworks.
  • Collaborate with managers to create and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.
  • Support in documenting Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and tracking progress for employees needing support.


Organization Development & Employee Engagement:

  • Design and execute OD initiatives such as leadership development, competency mapping, and succession planning.
  • Drive engagement strategies across the organization to boost employee morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Conduct pulse surveys and leverage analytics to implement continuous improvement in employee experience.
  • Support business teams with change management initiatives to enhance agility and adaptability.


Capability Building & Learning Integration:

  • Work closely with Learning & Development teams to integrate PMS outcomes with training and development programs.
  • Ensure employees and managers are well-equipped with tools and frameworks for effective feedback and coaching.
  • Design frameworks to track the impact of OD and PMS initiatives on overall business and people performance.

Data & Process Excellence:

  • Maintain PMS dashboards and analytics to derive insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and governance norms related to performance and OD.
  • Benchmark best practices in performance management & OD to ensure continuous evolution of frameworks.





Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in Performance Management Systems, IDPs, and OD interventions.
  • Ability to analyze performance trends, engagement metrics, and HiPo identification methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in PMS tools, HR Analytics, and competency-based assessments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders and HR teams.
  • Experience in designing and executing employee engagement & change management programs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.



Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Performance Management, OD, and HR Strategy in a mid-to-large organization.
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or banking is preferred.
