HR Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive with experience in the education sector to manage payroll, attendance, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing salaries, maintaining accurate attendance records, ensuring compliance with school policies, and supporting overall HR operations. Strong organizational skills and experience in school HR management are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain and monitor attendance records of teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and school policies.
• Handle employee records, leave management, and other HR documentation.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a school setting.
• Proficiency in payroll processing and attendance management systems.
