KPIT - Specialist - Legal (3-4 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities:

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Assist in development and implementation of corporate compliance training/awareness trainings and communications (third party risks, conflicts of interest, gifts/entertainment, etc.

- Manage corporate compliance risk assessments program (enterprise-wide, region/country/business unit specific).

- Develop, implement, and monitor corporate compliance program.

Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research on various legal topics, including regulatory issues, data privacy, intellectual property, etc.

- Analyze and interpret complex legal information to provide informed guidance to stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, identifying potential risks and opportunities.

Data Privacy and Protection:

- Assist in ensuring company-wide compliance with global data protection regulations.

- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to safeguard sensitive information.

- Provide guidance on personal data related matters to various departments.

- Legal Operations: Provide legal operational support.

Key Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the IT sector.

- Keen interest in compliance management, research, data protection and legal operations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
