Job Title: Site Inspector
Location: As per project site requirements
Department: Project Execution
Reports To: Project Manager / Business Development Team

Job Summary:

The Site Inspector will be responsible for overseeing the delivery, verification, and inspection of materials at project sites. The role requires daily site visits, coordination with clients, and ensuring compliance with material specifications, quality standards, and documentation requirements. The candidate must effectively manage site-related expenses and reporting while ensuring seamless site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Delivery & Verification:
   
• Travel daily to project sites with company material vehicles.
• Coordinate with clients regarding material deliveries and obtain signed and stamped receiving acknowledgments.
• Verify materials received as per KP Green Engineering Limited (KPGEL) Packing List or Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Identify shortages or excess materials and report discrepancies.

1. Reporting & Documentation:
   
• Prepare and submit reports on material shortages and excess to the Business Development (BD) team and customers.
• Maintain site reports and ensure accurate record-keeping of all site activities.
• Record and address all site-related issues, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
• Prepare and document Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and site handover reports.

1. Quality Control & Issue Resolution:
   
• Identify and report any quality issues at the site.
• Coordinate necessary rectifications or rework with local facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

1. Coordination with GETCO:
   
• Travel to GETCO stores and facilitate the clearance of SRN-TRC (Stock Receipt Note - Test Report Certificate).
• Follow up with GETCO to ensure timely processing of SRN-TRC.

1. Expense & Compliance Management:
   
• Manage site expenses and ensure timely submission to KPGEL.
• Adhere to company policies and site regulations to ensure smooth operations.

1. Additional Responsibilities:
   
• Take ownership of site-related responsibilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Handle any additional tasks assigned by the company as per project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in site inspection, project execution, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of material verification, quality control, and site documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to travel extensively as per project requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for report preparation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
