Job Description

  • Responsible for TP legal claims pertaining to state of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
  • Represent before the Tribunals to safeguard the interest of the organization.
  • Vetting of written statements, scrutinize investigation reports and drive legal negotiation as per the defined process.
  • In-depth understanding of drafting like written statement, appeal memo & written arguments.
  • Should have knowledge of Motor Vehicles Act, Consumer Protection Act & Insurance Laws.
  • Ensure compliance of all legal documents with legal framework. Consumer Protection Act
