What will you be doing?

• As a developer, he/she would writing Code, Designing Software, Testing & Debugging for the related business functions.
• Also Collaborating with Teams, Maintaining & Updating Software and Understand the user needs.
• Adhesive to Code Quality in terms of Clean, well-structured, and maintainable code by following the best practices.
• Overall good documentation in his/her assigned task

Required Skills:

• Having a degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5~8 years of relevant working experience combined with programming skills on . Net or Java or C++
• Strong Knowledge and experience on Object oriented programming skills
• Strong Knowledge and experience on MySQL
• Strong knowledge on webservices (APIs)
• Ability to understand technical requirements and develop a reusable/clean code
• Ability to do the software design documentation or technical documentation wherever is applicable
• Ability to propose and apply design patterns.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications.

Are you the one?

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with front-end and/or back-end development
• Experience on DevOps ways of working is added advantage.
• Experience on agile ways of working is very much valued as is ability to work in multi-cultural environment where diversity is appreciated.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Accountable and responsible to follow agreed principles and practices relating design, build, CI/CD and release. Ensure that team follows agreed development and release processes.
Accountable and responsible to ensure that features and changes are well documented using the agreed tools.
Take an active role in improving the maturity of DevOps and agile ways of working within the team.
Actively follows team level metrics / KPIs / OKRs and takes actions when needed.

Other considerations
Supports and mentors other team members in technological topics and best practices.
May take additional responsibilities such as role of scrum master, lead task forces and defect triages), with agreed time allocations when needed.
Where applicable, works closely with the partner personnel to guide and support them to deliver agreed work items and review them.
