Our Advisory Team plays a crucial role in this journey, ensuring homeowners are connected
with the most suitable Architects, Contractors, and Interior Designers based on their project
needs and preferences. We are seeking an Account Manager to drive the strategic
allocation of service providers and ensure a seamless matchmaking process between
homeowners and professionals.


About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a
network of service providers, including Architects, Contractors, and Interior Designers, to
facilitate smooth project execution for homeowners.
This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and operational efficiency.
Additionally, the role involves negotiation, market research, process optimization, and
data-driven decision-making to strengthen the overall supply ecosystem.

What will you be doing?

  • Service Provider Allocation & Matchmaking:
  1. Evaluate homeowner requirements and connect them with the most suitable professionals (Architects, Contractors, Interior Designers, etc.).
  2. Maintain accuracy and efficiency in the allocation process to enhance the homeowner experience.
  • Supply Growth & Optimization:
  1. Continuously refine the selection process for service providers based on feedback and performance metrics.
  2. Enhance professional onboarding strategies to expand Kolos service provider network.
  • Market Insights & Relationship Management:
  1. Collaborate with the Advisory team to understand homeowners evolving needs.
  2. Analyze trends, track performance, and assess service provider quality to optimize the matchmaking process.
  • Process Efficiency & Reporting:
  1. Implement a data-driven approach to matchmaking by analyzing allocation trends and refining selection parameters.
  2. Maintain clear communication and reporting to improve decision-making processes.

Who Should Apply?

  • Professionals with experience in supply management, partner onboarding, or marketplace operations at leading B2C brands such as MakeMyTrip, Zepto, OYO, UrbanClap, etc.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Candidates capable of handling high-volume matchmaking with precision and efficiency.
  • Enthusiastic individuals passionate about technology-driven home solutions and the transformation of the home construction and interior industry.
  • A background in Civil Engineering or Interior Design is an added advantage.
