br/>Key Responsibilities :a-Create process flows for service management process b-Ensuring service support delivery like 1st 2nd 3rd line support for all incident and problem related activities for the service c-Resolving adhoc challenges Service delivery by coordinating with multiple teams d- Govern and Maintain sevice delivery SLAs and KPIs br/>
Technical Experience :a-Good understanding of ServiceNow Platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, Change Management, etc b-Minimum 6-7 years of experience with Service-Now Worked on Service Now applications scoped and global applications c-Worked with 3rd party integrations d-Worked on Incident management, problem management, change management and knowledge management e-Troubleshooting Service Now performance issues Worked on ITSM, ITOM or HR br/>
