Taxation Executive

Responsibilities

• GST Compliance : Ensure compliance with GST laws and regulations, including registration, returns, and payments.
• GST Returns : Prepare and submit GST returns, calculation of RCM and payment of taxes (I.e. GSTR1. GSTR3B, GSTR9 & GST ITC-04).
• GST Audits : Coordinate with GST authorities during audits and resolve any GST-related queries, Generate list of GST defaulters who have not filed quarterly return and Co-ordination / follow-up.
• Represent and defense in case of notices or legal matter in coordination with consultant and HO team.
• SAP Data Management & Reporting : Manage SAP data related to GST, such as master data, transactional data, reports for filing with Various returns.

Required Skills

• GST Knowledge : Strong knowledge of GST laws and regulations.
• SAP Knowledge : Strong knowledge of SAP system, data management, and reporting.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and identify GST-related implications.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including management, GST authorities, and auditors.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP system, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.

Educational Qualifications

• B.com/M.com /Inter CMA/CA / SAP certification in GST, SAP ERP, or SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum Experience : 5-7 years of experience in GST compliance and SAP implementation.
• Industry Experience : Experience in large-scale manufacturing
