An Admin Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of an office by handling various administrative tasks. Their main duties include:

1. Managing Schedules: Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel plans for the team or managers.
2. Handling Communication: Answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries from clients or team members.
3. Organizing Documents: Keeping records, files, and documents well-organized, both digitally and physically.
4. Office Support: Assisting with office supplies, making sure everything needed is available and in stock.
5. Coordinating Activities: Helping plan and arrange office events, meetings, and other activities.
6. Maintaining Drivers: Organizing and coordinating drivers' work schedules to make sure vehicles are available when needed.
7. Vehicle Maintenance: Making sure vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained and arranging for repairs when needed.
8. Booking Flights: Finding and reserving the best flights based on travel dates, preferences, and budget.
9. Maintaining Cleanliness: Working with housekeeping staff to ensure they know what needs to be cleaned and when. Ensuring that all areas, such as offices, restrooms, and common spaces, are kept clean and well-maintained.

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B. Com, MBA, M. Com

Languages: Telugu, English, Hindi

Salary: Up to 35,000
