Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications using Java, Angular/React, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
• Conduct code reviews, identify potential issues, and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving performance bottlenecks and technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Java with a solid understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Frontend Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Angular or React, including state management and component lifecycle.
• Database Management: Expertise in SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
• Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• API Development: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Jasmine, or Selenium).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 8+ years in full-stack development roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
