Technical Support Engineer Job Description

1、Responsibilities:

1）Technical Support: Provide customers with application guidance and moulding process support for modified plastics (e.g., PP, ABS, EP), and resolve technical issues.

2）Material Trial: Assist customers in material sample trials and performance verification.

3）Problem Analysis: Analyse moulding defects (e.g., deformation, cracking), propose improvement solutions, and follow up on results.

4）Project Support: Participate in new project implementation, offering material selection advice and trial mould guidance.

Training & Communication: Provide training on material applications and moulding processes for customers and internal teams.

2、Requirements:

1）Education: Bachelors degree or above in polymer materials, materials science, mechanical engineering, or related fields.

2）Experience: Minimum of 3 years in modified plastics or injection moulding technical support, preferably in the automotive or electronics industries.

3）Skills: Proficient in modified materials properties and moulding processes, with the ability to analyse and resolve moulding defects.

4）Communication: Strong customer communication and coordination skills.
