About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics Team. In this role, you will leverage advanced data techniques to drive strategic business insights and deliver high-impact solutions. You will work on complex Recommendation Systems, cutting-edge AI/ML models, and collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow for model building and deployment. Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Recommendation Systems: Lead the design, development, and deployment of hybrid Recommendation Systems tailored to user behaviors, preferences, and business objectives. 
• AI/ML Model Development: Design and implement ML algorithms to solve complex business challenges, including predictive modeling, classification, regression, and clustering techniques.
• Feature Engineering: Partner with Data Engineers to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines, processing large datasets using PySpark and SQL. Ensure the data infrastructure supports scalability and performance for analytics solutions.
• Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment: Utilize AWS for scalable model deployment and management. Leverage AWS services such as SageMaker, S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena, and EMR.
• Advanced Analytics & Insights: Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business units to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions that impact the company’s strategy and performance.
• Model Optimization & Performance Monitoring: Continuously optimize models for performance, ensuring high accuracy and relevance. Implement robust monitoring systems to assess model performance in production.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role with a focus on advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Expertise in building and deploying Recommendation Systems that drive user engagement.
• Strong knowledge of ML techniques both Supervised and Unsupervised Learning Algorithms.
• Familiarity with AWS, Spark and SQL.
• Experience in handling and analyzing big data from both structured and unstructured sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with 2+ years of full time experience.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, ECS Fargate
