Brief about the Team

Tata 1mg Corporate Health & Wellness team, under primary responsibility, is to serve as the key point of contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness programs and client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of health and wellness solutions for corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Understand client requirements, identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services, and drive account growth.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of two, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
    • Allocate tasks, provide guidance, and monitor team performance to achieve objectives.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and track progress.
  3. Data Extraction and Analysis:
    • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from databases using tools like Metabase, SQL, or similar platforms.
    • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making for client accounts and internal operations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of insights to clients.
  4. Project Coordination:
    • Oversee the implementation of corporate wellness programs, ensuring alignment with client goals.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless execution of services.
  5. Strategic Planning:
    • Identify trends and insights to develop strategies for improving client engagement and service offerings.
    • Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and account plans to senior management and clients.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the Corporate Health and Wellness domain.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in data extraction and analysis using Metabase, SQL, or similar tools.
    • Strong command of MS Excel, Google sheets, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
