1. Network Planning and Design:
Develop and implement a resilient networkarchitecture that supports current and future business needs.

2. Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the procurement, installation, andmaintenance of network hardware and equipment.
Conduct routine hardware and software audits toensure compliance with established standards and policies.
3. Cybersecurity and Compliance:
Lead cybersecurity initiatives, includingvulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and the development of disasterrecovery plans.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations,conducting regular compliance audits and updates.
IT Administrator Responsibilities
4. System Administration:
Manage server configurations, installations, andmaintenance across both cloud-based platforms and on-premises data centers.
Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions,and access control to ensure security and compliance with IT policies.
5. Software Management:
Coordinate the selection, deployment, and managementof software applications, ensuring they meet the organization operational requirements.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of softwarelicenses, subscriptions, and renewals.
6. End-User Support and Training:
Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users,addressing both hardware and software issues promptly.

Participate in strategic planning for ITinfrastructure development, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems,network configurations, and operational procedures.
Prepare and present reports on IT infrastructurestatus, project progress, and security audits to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
Advanced degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or related field preferred.
Certifications in network engineering (e.g., CCNA,CCNP), system administration (e.g., MCSA, MCSE), and cybersecurity (e.g.,CISSP, CISM).
Extensive experience in network design, security, andmanagement of IT infrastructure in a complex environment.
Proficiency in cloud services management,virtualization technologies, and containerization.
Expert knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, dataprivacy laws, and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with atrack record of managing critical IT projects to successful completion.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentorand guide a team of IT professionals.
