Echo Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducts echocardiograms to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions.
  
• Analyzes echocardiogram results, identifies abnormalities, and reports findings to physicians.
  
• Maintains accurate records of patient data, test results, and equipment maintenance schedules.
  
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.
  
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience as an Echo Technician or related field (cardiology).
  
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
  
• Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment (echo machines) and interpreting echo study results.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations while maintaining attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
