Katyayani Organics - Senior UI/UX Designer (2-5 yrs)

Role Overview :

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs and exceptional digital experiences.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products are not only functional but also intuitive and aesthetically appealing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and marketing) to define product requirements and translate them into high-quality UI/UX solutions.

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design concepts.

- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and usability across all touchpoints.

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality of our designs.

- Provide mentorship to junior designers and support them in developing their skills.

- Present design solutions and rationale to key stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design.

Requirements :

- At least 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard tools.

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user psychology.

- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about design challenges.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with various teams.

- A user-centered mindset and a passion for creating seamless and delightful digital experiences.
