We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PeopleSoft Administrator with at least 10 years of hands-on experience to join our team and work on diverse client engagements. You will play a pivotal role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing PeopleSoft environments across various modules, leveraging your cloud expertise to drive modernization and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PeopleSoft technical support to clients during implementation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct thorough problem analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for reported issues within PeopleSoft environments.
• Collaborate closely with business teams and consultants to understand client requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and configure/customize PeopleSoft to meet specific needs.
• Design, develop, and implement system enhancements and optimizations, including automation workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures to maintain system stability and uptime.
• Ensure system security and compliance through user management, access control, and data security best practices.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for new features and modifications.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring activities within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PeopleSoft technology advancements and best practices, including PeopleSoft Cloud offerings.
• Leverage your cloud expertise to assess PeopleSoft migration feasibility, guide cloud adoption strategies, and execute cloud deployment tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator, demonstrated across various modules like Financials, HCM, Supply Chain, or Projects.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting and enhancing complex PeopleSoft deployments in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, PeopleTools, PIA, and associated technologies.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patch management, and PUM installations.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like PSQuery or JavaScript for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and PeopleSoft Cloud offerings would be a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
