Tele Counsellor- Karmick Institute

Overview:

Karmick Institute (the first off-campus institute in Eastern India to collaborate with IIT Guwahati), is actively seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for education and a knack for engaging with prospective students, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct calls to prospective students and provide information about our academic programs.
• Assist students in understanding course details, admission processes, and career opportunities.
• Maintain a database of leads and track interactions to ensure effective follow-up.
• Address queries and concerns from prospective students and their families in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Provide feedback on student interactions to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent educational background.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling or a customer service role, preferably in the education sector.
• Proficiency to communicate over calls and emails with students and
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with students' needs.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
