Education
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills
Proven experience as an HR Manager, Assistant HR Manager, HR Generalist, or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Proficiency in payroll management and HR software
Excellent organizational and communication skills
