• Job Title: Mechanical Billing Engineer ( main plant & thermal power plant)
• Location: Noida/Ramagundam

Job Role:

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely billing of Projects to Client. Submission and compliance of reports to client DPR, MPR, Labour Report, other docs as per tender requirement

Required Candidate profile

Prepare bill, MB, Abstract, verify measurements at site, prepare rate analysis from dsr and market rates, Billing documentation, Visit sites for measurements, MIS submission as per tender

• Must have experience in thermal power plant and main plant billing of client as well as contractor

• Prepare and manage project billing in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts.
• 
  Generate timely and accurate invoices for completed project milestones, work orders, and client agreements.
• 
  Track project costs and ensure the proper allocation of costs to the correct project code.
  

Documentation Management:

• Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for financial documentation.
  Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve any billing-related issues.
  

Client Interaction:

• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  Ensure that payment terms are clearly defined, agreed upon, and adhered to by both parties.
  

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to track work progress and generate accurate billing.
  Participate in project reviews, cost tracking, and change order management to support invoicing needs.
