Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth within the region.
- Analyze sales data and trends to adjust strategies and improve performance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, customers, and business partners.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the sweets and namkeens industry (preferred).
- Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead a sales team, set targets, and consistently meet or exceed goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, key decision-makers, and partners.
- Proven experience in sales management and strategy development, with a focus on driving results.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to optimize strategies and decision-making.
- Knowledge of the sweets and namkeens industry is a plus.
- Experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry is desirable; knowledge of sleep and respiratory medical devices is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
